Jharotef is the most dynamic and effective federation in the State of Jharkhand. It achieved the Old Pension Scheme in the year 2022 while most of the other states and central government are in NPS/UPS. The Child Care leave and Cashless medical insurance along with many other emoluments and facilities have come on implementation level because of the efforts of the federation. It is a Conglomeration of various employees’ service associations and allows their best personals to act in the federation depending upon their capabilities.
